This marks CM’s first release in the sunglasses category, featuring a timeless modern vintage frame inspired by 1990s New York. The silhouette has truly stood the test of time — CM has used this very frame across nearly all campaigns over the past four years, including in optical styles. Based on extensive wear feedback, the frame has now been refined for improved comfort and durability. Crafted from premium acetate, the final product is lightweight yet highly resilient — offering excellent impact resistance and flexibility. It’s also skin-friendly, particularly for sensitive skin prone to irritation when sweating. For lenses, we’ve selected CR18-grade nylon, which is thinner and lighter than CR39 while delivering superior scratch resistance and impact protection. This significantly enhances the overall durability and performance of the sunglasses.
